From the chronicles of personal experience on a journey to cancer recovery, we will explore and discuss food strategies that most support restoring balance and maintaining vitality.

Guided by the wisdom contained in ancient systems of traditional medicine, we can now integrate science-based therapeutics to enhance the body’s ability to transform energy.

As the subconscious integrates the mind-spirit connection, the body undergoes periodic transformations in mind-body awareness that bring changes to our internal and external landscape. This is an illustration of the saying “think it and become it” in action.

Another idiom, “you are what you eat” is expressed from within, and it takes form at the core energetics level. Join us in exploring and discussing concepts of how the energy of foods may positively or adversely prime the body’s energetic fields.
