Chaya Li Sharon (Heller), BA, IYT, AYC, E-RYT500, Spiritual Teacher, Performing Artist, Ayurvedic Holistic Health Educator, Sr. Kripalu Teacher, and Founder and Director of The Chaya for Life Center in Delray Beach, Florida, brings over 25 years of experience, specializing in Yogic Philosophy and Lifestyle, including Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy, and Dance. Chaya, is a gifted and popular teacher, who works with groups and individuals, sharing their healing power, inspired by her teachers, including Swami Kripaluvanandaji, T. Krishnamacharia, Satyanarayana Das and, Doctors Vasant Lad, and Pratap Chauhan, masters who have transmitted this wisdom, from their heart to hers. All of Chaya’s programs are transformational, unlocking the human healing potential through a life of balance, and journey into self-realization, to move forward in life, peacefully, with grace and ease.

Chaya Li is the author of Yoga of Action; Holistic Lifestyle and Adaptive Yoga for People with MS and Similar Conditions, and received numerous testimonials for her life changing work. She is also featured in Kripalu Yoga, A Guide To Practice On and Off The Mat, and Yoga International Magazine, and teaches at prominent venues and teacher trainings throughout the country, including Kripalu Center and Integrative Yoga Therapy.

Chaya, also known as Sharon Heller, is a professional dancer and former faculty at NYU’s Musical Theater Department and Steps on Broadway, as well as recognized in the Gregory Hines Tap Dance Hall of Fame, and created the tap dance video, Funky Rhythm Tap; Stompin™ in the City with Sharon.
