Chaya Li Sharon, BA, IYT, AYC, E-RYT-500 and Sr. Kripalu Teacher is the Founder and Director of The Chaya for Life Center; an Ayurvedic Holistic Healing, Yoga and Dance Studio in Delray Beach, FL. She brings over 25 years of experience as a Holistic Health Educator, Performing Artist and Spiritual Teacher, specializing in Yoga and Massage Therapy, Ayurvedic Holistic Healing and Nutrition, and Dance. A gifted and popular teacher, Chaya was inspired to share the healing power of Adaptive Yoga and Ayurvedic Holistic Healing by her mother who has MS.

Chaya offers weekly Adaptive Yoga Classes and works with groups and individuals to facilitate health and well-being. She created retreats and programs that help people with MS and similar conditions learn more about who they are and their relationship with all that is.

Chaya is the author of “Yoga of Action; Holistic Lifestyle and Adaptive Yoga for People with MS and Similar Conditions.” She has been interviewed by disaboom.com and received numerous testimonials for her life-changing work. She is also featured in Kripalu Yoga and Yoga International Magazine, and teaches at prominent venues and teacher training centers throughout the country, including Kripalu Center and Integrative Yoga Therapy. In addition, Chaya has studied with masters in her field throughout the world.

Chaya is a professional tap dancer and former faculty at New York University’s Musical Theater Department and Steps on Broadway, as well as recognized in the Gregory Hines Tap Dance Hall of Fame. She appeared with the American Tap Dance Orchestra, and other Tap Dance Masters such as Gregory Hines, Savion Glover, Jimmy Slyde, Brenda Buffalino and more, and created the tap dance educational video, Funky Rhythm Tap; Stompin’ in the City with Sharon. www.chayaforlife.com
