Dr. Reenah McGill will focus on how each participant can develop their own best eating plan based on understanding how an ancient Chinese philosophy can support their desire to be healthy and happy.
Using research and proven methods from her latest book, “Healthy Eating and Weight Control Using the Five Elements” (scheduled for publication June 2010), Dr. McGill will help each participant find unique and proven ways to identify and change negative behavior that leads to weight problems.
Dr. McGill will help you choose the best foods and nutrients to attain and maintain the best weight for each person, all based on which of the Five Elements – Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal or Water – a person is.

Speaker Bio: Dr. Reenah McGill, a graduate of the University of Minnesota, has been in the health care field for over 25 years. Currently, she is on the faculty of several Colleges of Oriental Medicine and is the Founder and President of the McGill Institute of Health and Healing. A widely respected practitioner and speaker on Oriental Medicine, nutrition, herbs, and the development of psychic abilities, she shows her clients how all of these can be applied to attaining their best health and happiness.
