Illness, injury, and death happen. However, there are specific things we can do to avoid certain illnesses. If we do get ill or injured, it is best to have tools that promote optimal healing. To maintain our life balance and health, there are six categories that must be addressed. During this session, we will learn what the six categories necessary for life balance are and how to incorporate them into our consciousness.

We spend approximately one-third of our lives sleeping, and most of us are not aware of our sleeping patterns while we are sleeping. We are now living in a society where over 60% of people are sleep deprived. It is important to understand the need for a “quality night’s sleep” and how it can influence our “awakened” life. During this session, you will learn a brief history of sleep and sleep science, and be guided on how to prepare your own quality sleep plan.
Speaker Bio: Glenn Wollman, MD, has always been at the leading edge of medicine. He helped pioneer the specialty of Emergency Medicine. At the same time he also developed and ran one of the first hospital-based Integrative Medicine programs in the Unitied States. Presently, he has begun a new practice as a Medical Guide. In this newly specialized area of Medicine, Dr. Wollman helps people make difficult medical decisions using an integrative, holistic approach focused on the individual’s unique medical, social, spiritual, and psychological make-up.
