As a yoga teacher you want people to leave your classes feeling wonderful and incredibly relaxed. In this session you will learn how to guide others and yourself into deep relaxation. Turning off the lights does not constitute savasana!

You will learn how to identify energetic states and effectively create shifts for the highest good. You will learn how to help your students experience pratyahara or withdrawal of the senses. You will learn how to use simple but profound hypnotic and neural linguistic programming (NLP) techniques when you teach your yoga. You will also find out how to use hypnotic methods to support your students’ goals to shed pounds, get rid of toxic habits, and practice yoga more regularly.

All those who take this workshop will be provided with a free guided relaxation audio download, useful handouts, as well as a savasana script that they can use when teaching their next yoga class. In addition, the participants will have the opportunity to tap into an experience of loving kindness and very, very deep relaxation.
