Multi-cultural indigenous wisdom and insights from nature to align body, mind, spirit

Ancient sacred teachings and wisdom provide powerful fundamental guidance in learning to align ourselves with the earth and each other, especially in changing times.

Come experience the beauty and power of creating wholeness in body, mind, and spirit for yourself and others, with roots in indigenous cross-cultural values that are founded on nature-based wisdom.

In Hawai’i, living with aloha is a life-long journey of unfolding grace that can be a powerful cultivator of self-awareness and personal transformation.

Aloha fills the spaces that are open within ourselves and allows more of our true light to shine brightly with love and compassion. Coupled with yoga practices and disciplines, discover how you can integrate the qualities of aloha – kindness, unity, graciousness, humility, and patience – in living a more expansive and harmonious life.

This time of sharing through story and metaphor will help integrate various systems and cultural practices that are like the different charkas and energy fields in our bodies, reflecting the internal and external landscape in our lives.

Together, we’ll share aloha and the breath of life – individually and with the world – thus creating greater compassion and peace. As the Dalai Lama says, “world peace begins with inner peace.”
