As a partner, you’ll help us spread the word about the conference and in return you’ll receive the following:

1. Two free tickets to attend the conference.
2. Special conference discounts to share with friends, family, teachers and students.
3. A chance to increase your web visibility and brand recognition because you’ll be featured on our conference website as a “Partner Studio” with a link to your site.
4. Free items from our sponsors to distribute to your students (Quantities are limited – first come, first served!)
5. Continuing education opportunities for your teachers without the travel costs.
6. A chance to include your advertising and promotional materials at a discounted rate in the welcome package sent to participants within your area.
7. An opportunity to purchase YH advertising at a discounted price.
8. Entrance to our affiliate program where you’ll receive 30% of all referred conference registrations.

Joining the partner program is completely free.

We’ll provide you with all the tools you need to spread the word about the conference. All you have to do is share that information with your contacts, students and subscribers. You can even host an event at your studio during the conference so that people who have registered can get together in a group to attend the virtual event.

As a partner, we ask of you the following:

1. Display postcards and a poster in your studio.
2. Post a conference link and a description of the conference on your site, or create a page specific to the event (we’ll give you all the content and pictures you need. You’ll also get a banner ad for the event for your home page.)
3. Include the conference in at least two (2) email communications. Consider doing one of those as a stand-alone email to make sure people will see it.
4. Send a Facebook invitation to all friends and fans via our event page if you have a Facebook account.
5. Send at least three (3) tweets via twitter if you have a Twitter account.
